443.850 Repeater:
The Beaufort Radio Amateur Group sponsors this Repeater. The Repeater is owned by and located at Beaufort Memorial Hospital in northern Beaufort County.
The Repeater is set up to work with the SC Heart System. The Repeater has been set up with a Vertical antenna for local use and two Yagi’s for the Remotes. A Kenwood Repeater going through 4-cavitys feeds the vertical antenna. Two Kenwood Mobiles, each feed a North and South pointing Yagi. This will allow the Repeater to be connected to other Repeaters in several different ways. An Arcom Controller handles all the connections.
